If there was a actual direct telephone number or email account to contact for Destiny problems, they (Activision/Bungie) would either have to answer, forward all messages to an already full mailbox, or ignore the message/call completely. They appear to want a DMZ between them and the gamers. They have these forums where 98% of everything posted is by gamers who may or may not be accurate. Rumors are started and repeated (with some editing) until no one can really tell where the information came from, or how accurate it may be (or if Activision/Bungie had anything to do with the information at all).

I suggest you try to sell it for ~$30? Your time is more precious than $5. I already have it...I know some friends that don't but not sure if a code bought in the US will work in Asia?

You will never get this resolved, sell your code to someone and buy the correct one. Sad but you can never get an answer from Activision/bungie, especially for $35, save your time, energy and sanity.

Best buy should refund it if your code was never redeemed.
