Why radiance is not that good anymore

Radiance has been dumbed down to be used for fire born which is used as a crutch for people who cannot be useful. The nova bomb is much more effective if you are good. Massive amounts of damage in a short time. Let the discussion rage on with opinions and reasoning!
Radiance with radiant skin:
I've been seeing a lot of comments on why this combination is supposedly good. The justification is that it's good for crowd control and spawns a lot of orbs. In my opinion (remember it's just an opinion) I'd rather spawn orbs in a faster amount of time so I can continue to shoot at adds or inflict DPS on Crota.

No. Radiance is for people who like don't like fist of panic, and nuclear void bomb and don't want to play a hunter... Any super that all you have to do is click two button upon certain death is a -blam!-ing joke of a super. Takes no skill, and is pretty damn annoying. Radiance, I spawn with my regular self with a shield, regular guns, and increased regen for melee and grenades... I mean, it's up to me as a player to earn my kills... Aiming grenades, hitting my melee, and aiming my gun. I use radiance specifically because I can't stand other supers and I don't want to be one of those people. If you disagree, or get mad at my opinion... You don't need to post a rage comment.. It's only my opinion and it isn't going to prevent you from carrying out your day/night as you normally would. So chill the -blam!- out in advance, guardians.
