It takes skill to play a Hunter. Warlock - "Oh no I died!! That's ok I'll just self-res." ^that is pathetic Titan - "Oh no! Everyone's shooting at me!!! That's ok I'll just put up a bubble." ^that is pathetic Anything else to say bud?

I personally have 3 characters, with my warlock being my favorite. But i have to disagree and say that hunters are the best for the new raid

Disclaimer: This will start with some attacks on your general premise and why I disagree. It will end with insults. Okay, let's start with your clear lack of reasoning to support your claim. The only thing you've listed is a lack of an over-shield, and that we don't self res. You sir have not figured out what kind of shooter Bungie likes to make. Destiny, much like Halo, is not a get shot/hit and see who has the best armor kind of game. It's a "dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge" kind of game. The goal is to avoid damage and use your shield as a buffer to give you time to get to cover. Titan's can make cover when in the Defender specialization but the point is the same. Self-Res is nice but why not just not die? If you're bad enough to consistently need self-res I feel bad for you. There are not "tanks" in this game. I do not care what class you pick. Stand in front of something in Destiny and it will kill you, generally quickly, if you let it. Armor ratings help but seeing as everyone can increase those to comparable ratings every can tank with about the same level of success. Next Hunter's aren't a race. They are a class. Just because some people post blankmasterace doesn't make it a race. Now for the meat of this. I promise you. Promise you. The classes in Destiny do not really matter. If you play better because of a jump style or you like something that another class can use as a super, awesome. In all honesty if you don't die then you get more kills. Since there aren't healers, tanks, ranged/melee dps the overall class structure of the game seems balanced. Even in PvP every single super can be avoided or countered. Watch a Warlock self-res and get killed straight away next time. Or someone miss with a Titan Smash. Or watch a hunter bladedance into your bubble. It's not unfair, it's not unbalanced, the game isn't dictated by your class choice but by guns. Hunter's are just as situationally useful as Titan's and Warlocks. Yes I have all three. Yes I have played them all enough to have them leveled to do VoG (when it mattered) and Crota now. I've stealth run the entire first part of Crota. I've resurrected to do the Bridge, I've even popped a shield or two. All the classes are useful. As a Hunter specifically I find that the jump makes it easier to sword slam and avoid holes. Stealth can avoid pretty much everything until I get my life back or get the res we need while under fire. Golden Gun, when used correctly, can wreck swarms of mobs with more opportunities to attack more than one group. It can also do wonders on wizards and knights when you just need to kill the one elite mob in front of you. Hunters are the only class to have passives to weapons. Does this make Hunters better? No. But does it make them trash? Not at all. Your edits aren't proof. They are you making a claim without any proof and saying it doesn't happen. I can do that too. "EDIT: Find me a Warlock who can get 20+ kills in the Crucible without using their super? Look I just proved Warlock's are garbage and will always be garbage." See it's dumb. My point is you just either weren't good with a hunter or didn't like the Hunter. That's fine. It happens. I don't particularly care for my Titan and I play worse with him because of it. I don't find any class particularly hard to play with but it does change your play-style slightly. I also find you to be supercilious. You don't own the forums. I'm on here every day and I haven't noticed you. Popularity isn't to be confused with infamy. Your post has at best helped people understand you have nothing of substance to add to this forum or game, and at worse lowered our collective cognitive ability and intelligence. Just because you come off as a self-absorbed ass on a forum who antagonized people through your asinine, highly subjective post doesn't make you cool. You just seem like a normal ego-centric idiot who was either dropped on their head at a young age, coddled too much, or just never had the genetics to make up for their failed upbringing. P.S. Take you opinionated garbage elsewhere, fix your grammar (mines not perfect but damn), and stop being as redundant as I was whilst finding ways to call you an unsubstantiated dumbass. First of all I think you need to pull your head out of your ass and pay attention to what you are saying. Invisibility: Not cheese, a legitimate perk. Fireborn is also just a perk, and when you say Warlocks are self reviving tanks, Warlocks have a very low armor stat. Also, Hunters can "just throw at grenade at you and die", it's called a tripmine. You know, the red flashy one that one hit shreks you? Moving on, not everyone is for Sunsinger. Hell, not everyone is for Warlock either. The Hunter requires actual skill and precision, something most Warlocks are lacking in. I could argue that a giant purple sun being hurled at you is OP, but I can be a nice person and say it is "fair". The Hunter's subclasses, however, are balanced and fine. Invisibility is used for saving your dumb Warlock ass when your super isn't up. Just so you know, your subclass failed when all it's used for is a self revive. Meanwhile, the gunslinger saves even more asses with it's golden gun on the oracles. In PvP the golden gun takes ACTUAL PRECISION to use instead of throwing a bomb on the ground that could kill someone fifty feet in the bloody air with splash damage. And to counter your arc blade argument: I don't give a shit. I will shove my electric blue knife up your ass so hard you will puke orbs of light for days. And finally, when you refer to us as kids, I picture you as some pre pubescent cartman-esque forum troll who only comes out of his little boy cave for Mountain Dew And Doritos. Ps: go back to sucking Xür's black tentacled sick for anything else other than Voidfang Vestements.
