I just got to rank three with the crucible a couple days before the announcement for the crucible commendations were announced and was not able to buy any weapons. Since I did not have enough crucible marks I was trying to earn them and just now got to 150 and cannot buy any weapons until I get to rank four and that is a long ways away.
