how do I upgrade my Vanquisher VII?
It's the legendary auto rifle from New Monarchy, but they came out with a better one. Do I upgrade it through Xur or?

2 RepliesI don't think you can upgrade legendaries, only exotics. If I'm wrong others will correct me.
