It seems like every single match in control or clash there are quitters if your team starts to lose. They are either trying to nurse their K/D ratio or they just don't feel like getting wrecked. Most of the time this is a game breaker. By the time you get replacements the damage has been done and your team will inevitably lose. One solution would be to call out quitters on their profile page by showing the number of times they manually dropped out of matches and automatically add 10 deaths to their K/D ratio. And if they do it enough times, suspend them.
