The truth behind Trading in Destiny

To all the players saying that trading would ruin the game need to stop and listen. If you go back and actually watch the E3 trailer for Destiny and what was said by the devs, trading was actually an original part if Destiny along with player gambling. That is why the loot system is so broken. It was based on the idea of players being able to trade gear and items. That's why it is so utterly random. Most MMOs have a loot system similar to Destiny. You roll RNG once upon finishing a mission or quest, then would have to roll RNG again at a vendor or merchant to get the rest of your loot. Destiny's entire loot table was based on the idea that the players would be able to trade gear with each other. Shortly before Destiny's release, when members of staff were leaving and the game started falling apart, a lot of content got scrapped and nothing was changed to make up for it. Trading and gambling were 2 of these things that got cut. Along with maps, missions, playable areas, even an entire planet (referencing a trailer where a dev said that Saturn would be playable). So people that complain that a trading system would ruin Destiny makes absolutely no sense given the fact that it was already supposed to be in game. And to the players that say trading would make some players stronger than others, and therefore be unfair, I say, that's just how MMOs work. In an MMO, the player that works hard, trades for that one piece of armor to finish a set, and grinds their ass off, deserve to be better than the casual players that don't. That is just how an MMO works. I know there is a lot of criticism waiting on this post, but facts are facts. Edit- Thank you guys for the tremendous support of this article. I don't post often but it makes me happy to see so many Guardians that still care about the fate of Destiny. I never thought I'd make the trending list. Keep it up guys and hopefully we can make some headway. If not in this game, we can at least brighten the future on Destiny 2. Thank you for the support. Edit- To everyone that seems to have a lack of a brain and says trading ruins the game with gold farms and real world purchases, that isn't the only type of trading that can be done. There's an easy fix for it that would benefit those that actually need to be able trade. Like those that can't play 24/7 to farm materials and people that solo and can't raid for lack of people or time. The trade system Destiny needs would be a gear for gear system. Armor for armor, weapons for weapons, and materials for materials. Rares for rares, legendaries for legendaries, and exotics for exotics. Because I would gladly Trade my Thorn to someone with a spare Icebreaker.
