Blast Shield awarded during PVE play.
Aren't the medals PvP only?
I've been awarded blast shield several times in PVE play and I believe I've been awarded Medic too.

You can be awarded some medals in pve. The blast shield medal I got quite a lot in the atheon fight from dropping a bubble. and the medic medal is just reviving two persons in quick succession in any area.
