NAT type issues...Bungie, you're my last hope!

My roomate and I have been having increasing NAT type issues. Meaning, we are almost constantly removed from each others fireteam and have more and more issues trying to connect to voice chat and such. The issue boils down to the fact that we have a 'moderate NAT' or NAT Type 2. Whereas we need an 'open NAT' or NAT Type 1. We have followed all the steps for the correct router via Bungie's helpful webpage devoted to NAT issues, however nothing has worked. We've opened up all the necessary ports, we've tried it on multiple IPs, we turned on UnppN (or whatever it's called...Unpnp? - the 'u's and 'p's and sometimes 'n' one - ). We came to the conclusion that our ISP is just commun--Comcast, and are very difficult to work with because they will not help with ports for security reasons(understandably, not wanting to be held liable is important.) However, we're pretty sure we did everything correctly, seeing as we followed the directions on that Bungie webpage to a 'T'. So now I am here, hoping to be heard...All I want to do is play with my buddy :) EDIT: well. As of today we are now type 3. We get kicked out of everything. I have lost multiple iron banner matches for this reason alone. And I've been kicked out of almost as many right before the end. This is getting tiresome. Please extend iron banner event or fix this issue by the 22nd at the least. EDIT: got it back to type 2...but need type 1 to play with my roommate I think. We didn't have these problems before the PS update and the Bungie update.
