Destiny should get the the Final Fantasy XIV: Realm Reborn treatment. Long story short, FFXIV:RM is an MMO that had a disastrous launch. The game felt like it was 10% finished, there was only 1 dungeon, there was nothing to do at level 20 (heh, heh), the game was filled with bugs, some magic spells were insanely overpowered, there was no way to tell what you could or couldn't craft, the voice acting was horrendous, etc. It was BEYOND broken. The game was so bad that an[b] entire dev team got fired [/b]because of it. So, Square-Enix basically shut the whole game down, issued an apology and admitted on how horribly they f*cked up, offered dozens of perks and benefits to the early adopters, and basically re-did everything from scratch in order to craft a more complete, satisfying game that would please the fans. If only Bungie would do the same with Destiny... (Not like it's even possible at this point, but hey, it's fun to dream.)
