what is everyone's opinion on a open world PVP?
Maybe making a planet dedicated to just that ontop of having AI enemies who are constantly on you. So you have to watch your back all the time. And you won't know if it's a AI coming up to you or another human. Yes there's a lot of debate between spawn killing and stuff like that not making it fun for people but if we have waves ontop of waves (no pauses just constant action) you will have to focus your fire on more than just one people and it could give them time.
Theory though. There are safe zones where the loading screens could happen. BUT AI can still get through so you are not switching going in and out of the safe zone like a b*tch.

I think it would be good if factions were put into it ie no faction class item (pvp off) faction items on (pvp enabled) and you can take down members of opposing factions I.e your wearing a dead orbit Cape and you see a titan sporting his new monarchy dress fair game lets fight winner gets a bit of bonus faction rep?

2 RepliesMy only complaint with this idea is what would be in-game justification for it? Crucible is like combat tranining for Guardians, but why would Guardians go around killing each other on a planet, especially when there are enemies there too? They're all on the same side after all.

Maybe just an option to turn your guardian into PK mode for a certain amount of hours. Then after that time you can switch back. That way people can pick and choose when they want to pvp in open world.
