15 minutes of content for 15 bucks.
So I finally got around to playing the new DLC minus the raid. It lasted roughly 15-20 minutes. Nothing was new aside from the vault, which left an empty feeling with me.
I won't say it was bad, but it felt like it actually belonged in the original release. It was a bit strange dinklebot had no dialog and Eris, while unique and interesting in appearance, left me confused and seeking more answers.
I'm sorry bungie, but it felt like it belonged in the initial release. Not because I wouldn't want to pay for extra content, but because it was so lack luster and jumbled in. Why are these enemies all summoning their "gods" or organs so close to earth? Where's the story? Why do they want our planet. What little was offered was recycled territory- territory we saw in the beginning. It felt like I should have destroyed them first then discovered the vex.
I don't know what activision forced for the change, but this was not a good work around.

1 ReplyHow 15-20 the added on story takes about 30-40 mins all the urn bounties maybe an hour then the extra pvp maps ( which are very good in my opinion) at least another hour or two maybe more if your main attraction in the game is pvp then you have the few new strikes all in must be 4 hours,that's without taking the raid into consideration .....I don't understand why people put up posts like this they are massively inaccurate; for me the dark below has giving just as much(probably more) than any other dlc from any other game Games like cod/battlefield : a few extra maps and some new Camos that's your lot

They could save the game with free DLC's that explain the story and whatnot
