Will the Mythoclast get a attack buff too?
I've been wondering about this for a while which is why I'm hesitant to use my shard to upgrade it. My mindset is since it is "top tier" and not that many people have it since you have to beat hard raid atheon that it should get a attack upgrade too. Right now you could say it is on par with other exotics in terms of attack.

Why would it need it? Just curious as attack only lets you damage higher level enemies and I'm pretty sure nothing is over 32 yet :/

It may. In my opinion I think it should since all the others are getting buffs. And it won't outclass the necrowhatever because you know it will have an attack higher than 331
