Bungie... seriously, shaders?
Look we really need to talk about your obsession with the color shit brown. We've had enough of looking like walking turds. All Raid gear is shit brown, Eris morns 1st two shaders are shit colored, Crotas shader is shiny shit color, Iron Banner looks like Golden shit. Ok we know there are other colors from factions and reward drops, but come on. Your telling all of us that you couldn't come up with another generic color like blue, red, yellow or even green? Gray would've been ideal but Shit Brown! Please can you try to be at least a little thoughtful or creative, maybe you can talk to Microsoft and buy back some of the creativity you lost when you gave Halo away.

Edit:1 didn't expect to get this many replies lol. There are many nice looking shaders and after looking over everyone's replies I had taken the shaders that where shit brown or diarrhea mustard and put them on my Warlock. Results: different colors! So it seems to me that dark gold colors and light shit stain colors are a result of someone in Bungie not liking Titans.

6 RepliesJust as an FYI, I'm fairly sure when you look at a shader the center if it applies to any hard surface (Titan's armor or Warlock's helmet or and shoe tips) the background applies to any cloth (like a Titan's body suit or Warlocks coat) and the circle surrounding the inner circle is an accent color (like the wolves on the Titan's Iron Banner gear)

Not that I would advocate removing them or anything but could we please have some more military schemes please? Thunderdevil is one of my favourites just because it's relatively understated

Iv put a fair lot of time into this game and having checked other sources the only items I haven't seen are it least half of the available shaders! I'm not quite sure it's right that for me "Arctic proxy" is some kind of ultra rare item.

One thing I've learned is that each class accents different parts of the shaders colors. Some that look crappy on one look awesome on another. Sunsetting for example; looks great on Titans. Looks Just ok on warlocks.

Bloodpact looks OK on Titan...however it's getting a bit much as all three of characters have it and I've deleted maybe 6 more...roc strikes just keep giving it to me. Wish it would give me even 1 glimmer for discarding it!
