My Dark Below Isn't Working (PS4)

So I bought the expansion 1 from the ps store didn't get my pre order sparrow and now it keeps telling me to buy the expansion when I go to ps store it shows i purchased it and its installed yet everything is still locked PLZ BUNGIE help me THANKS TO A EARLIER COMMENT RESTORING THE LICENSE DOES FIX IT GO TO SETTINGS PSN RESTORE LICENSE AND BOOM ITS FIX AND THANK THE DESTINY COMMUNITY NOT BUNGIE PLZ HELP OTHERS IF THEY ARE STILL LOCKED OUT THEY WOULD APPRECIATE THE HELP

  • Anyone, I purchased the Digital Guardian Edition of Destiny the day prior to its release. Everything seemed fine and all of the updates did take place in preparation for the recently released DLC. I had a suspicion of something awry when I didn't receive my pre-order sparrow but given that the sparrow's are next to useless, I gave it no relevance. When the DLC was released, the very same issue as the original post happened to me. I proceeded to restore my licenses several times to no avail. My next step was to call PlayStation and seek out their help. They were great from jump. It was confirmed that the purchase of the Digital Guardian was made and that all updates were downloaded and installed. Yet I had no access to the DLC. It stated that the purchase of the DLC was required to access it. The PS representative guided me through several different steps in attempt to fix the issue. Ranging from restoring the data of the system to the already attempted license restoration. No one single attempt yielded positive results. I have yet to access the contents of the DLC and I purchased the Destiny: Digital Guardian Edition on 09/08/2014. Hopefully, no one has experienced this absurdity but if anyone has and has been able to resolve it, please do share the information. Thank you! -Lucious Ballich
