Gjallajorn is better in 9/10 situtation. BUT if you maxed hunger it is better against hive majors or if you have large groups of enemies standing within a certain radius. Whereas gjallahorns wolfpack rounds lock on specific targets the cluster bombs just nuke the shit out of a large group. At crota himself you can use both. A maxed crota does more shield damage than ghorn 1.0.
