I haven't gotten many legendary engrams since the expansion, but most (if not all) has turned into light level 27 gear and 300 attack weapons. I think all my new weapons/gear that are level appropriate for the expansion have been purchased or dropped that way. So is this more bad luck from the cryptarch or is something bugged?
