people who "cheese" and why it's bungies fault.
Whenever someone cheats a fight like crota, it cheapens the experience. I spent at least 8 frustrating hours in and out of fireteams until I finally found one that rocked and we were able to get him.
In my opinion, It's not right that someone who does not have to even die once, to be able to beat him.
[u]I feel a temporary suspension would help stop players from current and future cheats.[/u] I don't feel this is the right thing to say, it's bungies fault, not the players.

And there we have the problem, all of those players have the same gear that I have, but didn't do the work. It makes it seem like all the time that I and everyone else that did it right, was for nothing. That's what I mean by cheapening it.

Outsmarting devs at there own game. I kinda find amusing especially since With all the things that can fk you over it like a well deserved nut kick.

You need to get over yourself. It shouldn't matter to you what other players have and don't have. Just worry about yourself and enjoy the game. If you'd rather waste hours beating him that's fine, but if you can get the same loot drops in literally two minutes, it's kinda silly to waste your time. It's not that people can't do it legit, it's just way faster.

Someone somewhere will always find these on any game...that's what they do...some games I don't mind them being there but on the raid I feel they shouldn't be...but you can't stop people from finding a way to do it easier

I've spent less than an hour on Crota, cause of cheese. I still feel I've wasted alot of my time, this should be done within 5 mins max really.

2 RepliesMaybe people will stop cheesing when Bungie makes their POS game playable ...how bout that. The only reason the crota cheese was found was because someone got kicked out of the game as usual because bungie can't fix their server issues. On top of that Crota cheeses us constantly .......so yeah maybe players who cheese should get a temporary ban AFTER Bungie fixes all their glitches.

3 RepliesYou know what made me feel like my time was wasted? The expansion drop. Myself and thousands of others spent hundreds of hours getting to 30 and maxing weapons. Then, in one day, all of it was made useless by vendors in the tower. I feel cheated by Bungie, and I don't blame people for not wanting to do it all over again. Get off your high horse and eat some cheese.

The people who cheese help bungee find holes in their design. If you think about the big picture this is what they want. They are doing the work for them.

Its a part of there game they should not release it without full testing. When you have a warlock with self res it should be tested in every encounter what will happen if he uses it at this point. Same as disconnecting it happens all the time due to errors so no surprise someone happened upon the croatsack kneeling glitch.

It isn't cheating, it using your initiative. There is an easier way to beat all strikes and raids aslong as you use a bit of commonsense. Granted crota taking a disconnect to the knee is a bit easy but to be honest people are fed up of grinding and just want the goods in the quickest time.

3 RepliesSo, then everyone has to stop "cheesing" the first hallway in the Sepiks strike, the field in front of Valus's ship, the captain and 2 vandals at Skywatch, the field in front of the 1st loot cave during the Will of Crota and pretty much every enemy in the Summoning Pits. On that note, you can't kill any boss without killing all of the adds first so they don't despawn. These posts are jokes, they have to be. Why complain about cheesing when they hand out exotics every weekend?

It's a teen rated game targeted toward younger kids. Let them go ahead and cheese it so when they do patch it a majority of people won't be able to play it.

I understand you point but I don't think that's the solution.. I killed Crota legit the first time but then we heard about the cheese and we had fun with that. Same with atheon.. The cheese while cheep is fun.. And it's a lesson to bungie to fix it.. Suspension is not the answer, bungie actually fixing the cheese is.
