Like really, your shaders don't look that great half the time, and aside from a few it's all luck. Motes don't really have value to someone who has been playing for awhile. So let us buy a blank shader with Motes, then fill in the colors how we want. No RNG. Just basically a straight up dye system. One blank shader per custom job. You can't continuously change it, you'd have to buy another. Seriously, that wouldn't be hard, it would be fun and and some diversity to guardians. Anyone else it favor of custom-shaders?
