I know this thread is old. I think she is a time traveler first read the description of the rifle she gives you. Then read this her ghost fragment grimoire card: I stand here now and now and now many times, this view, this ground... This is where I always choose to stand. I put my feet where I put my feet before and where I will again and I look at the sky. Great things moving, rendered small with distance, lesser things not moving, watching me. I always stand here, resolute. Then fall back to that point, there, where everything shatters... (The sky isn't special here, certainly no better than any other sky, but it's the view I know best.) The silent avalanche begins. Rock and dust. Falling chaos. Machines, as a rule, hate chaos. Our enemies outflank us from below, above, left, right, before, beyond. The Traveler - shattering. There are always the dead. Their names shift. Sometimes I think I see myself among the dead. But I am resolute. Focus on the words "machine's rule" and "the Traveler shatters" in present day time the traveler is still in one piece (mostly you know a few shards here or there but mostly together). Means that somewhere in the future the traveler shatters. And "machine's rule" this would imply that the vex won and that they destroyed the traveler. From what I can tell she has come from the future many time and tried to prevent this from happening all resulting in failure. As we know there are 4 Destiny games planned. She has seen enemies we have not now this could just mean she has explored farther into the darkness than we have. But she continues to say that "Each moment brings them closer implying that it is in the future and she is trying to prepare us so that we can effectively fight back. Again refer to the grimoire card and how she has stood there again and again. She also says "Our enemies outflank us from below, above, left, right, before, beyond.". Before and beyond, Past and Future. Watched the traveler shatters multiple times. I could keep going but I have a raid to do. All I have to say is that (made this last part up) Exo stranger: You will die I have saw the same result many times. Me: You haven't say a warlock like me. If the vex can hide places outside of space and time. Then I can create a new reality with these hands... and I'll use the darkness to do it!!! (Hey Bungie, take the hint I know the guardians fight with light and all but the Warlock should have more reality tearing abilities. Create two new subclasses on for sunslinger and one for void walker that you transfer to after some lvl. The really focus on their core values. Maybe something like: Dark Manipulator (void walker subclass) "I have studied the void, and learned it's secrets. Now it is mine to control." Hey what's to say that even though they fight with light that they can use darkness and I quote: "Not every guardian is of pure light.....".
