I have Obsidian Mind (still building) and Void fang Vestment(max) but would like to get Heart of Praxic Fire. Anyone have both? How do they compare and how do you use each?

It depends on what you play and how you play. Lol. I swear by "obsidian mind". I play as voidealker and if you choose your moments is a nova bomb every 15 seconds.
