Hey team, I'd like your input. I was lucky enough to get both of these ARs as drops and I'm trying to select one to level up. They both have similar stats, but the Monte Carlo name perk is kinda a joke and it now has less stability than the HL. On the other hand, the HL name perk apparently is also a joke, with the ricochet rounds not really doing much on the battlefield and the over penetration doesn't really work well either. Your vote would be helpful!
