So found out something today with engrams..
So I got a few blues and went to Mr. Magic Hands to get them decrypted.
So to my suprise I got a legendary chest piece! Yay!
... or not
After looking at the item I find out that it only goes up to 27 light. Really?
I can't even BUY something that gives 27 light anymore but I can be "lucky" enough to get one?
Just a wee bit disappointed now.
