The reality is that there is a design philosophy behind Destiny. Either Bungie have consumed so much of their own kool aid, and their 'Knighting of the noobs' (real thing) ceremonies, and indoctrination spiel involving Being Brave that they genuinely believe this game is -blam!-ing awesome. Or they are systematically testing various game modes. I think the latter, but the former is also very possible. I really hope the latter. Lol. What people want to understand is the design philosophy. There is a very good legitimate game design reason why the drops in the crucible are random (I could tell you the story of why....but instead if you care you can search my thread history). There is a reason why there are 2 light levels in this DLC. There is no real good reason for the non story or anemic content and a myriad of other issues people have though. That's what Bungie needs to be open with gamers about and engage the community on. They black box that part, then present this everything is great line rather than presenting their reasoning and seeking community input.
