I'll just leave this here. Its worth noting this is the same outlet that they paid to cover destiny for a month for a launch. Even they couldn't defend the expansion.

No amount of reviews, no amount of forum bitching is going to change anything. You simply have to stop logging in if you want to get your point across I'm just as guilty.

Next few months good games coming out. Dying light The order Evolve Witcher 3 Looking forward to those games instead of this junk.

It's plain to see that the truly talented Bungie members either left or were fired. Those running Bungie now put screwing over their players as their biggest priority. No Story, No Vision, Lies upon Lies as to how Expansive, Mysterious and Enthralling Destiny would be. Destiny has a Mad-Lib produced plot, Brain Dead Enemy AI, Zero Surprises, just Endless Repetition. It has the most Boring and Dead game worlds ever encountered. What a GD waste. No way is Destiny gonna last 10 years in this appalling state! I'd say Destiny 2 actually getting made is a long-shot. Players have good reason to feel betrayed and let down by Destiny. Bungies former stellar reputation has been demolished, never again will pre-order or buy a Bungie game without giving reviewers time to find out how awful it is.

They should make forest raid and an underwater raid
-
destiny died when joe staten left bungie.

It was out a long time ago....

It's actually not bad dlc it's just way overpriced for content that was already on the disc, just hadn't been made available .. I mean we paid £50 or I'm guessing around $80 in America for the disc so in my opinion £20 is a little expensive for something we have pretty much already bought
-
My opinion, it's a good DLC, not great. But it definitely isn't worth 20$ due to the fact that you can do half the DLC in around 30-60 minutes.

Finally some honesty coming in, I was beginning to thing that IGN was being paid by Bungie to put out good reviews

Edited by YOH015: 1/8/2015 9:49:09 AMI find it interesting people do not trust IGN because they give COD games high scores. And I would agree with those people on that, but then thinks about their standards. Giving a recycled FPS game a good score but shitting on Destiny's dlc, which is also recycled content, hmmmmm.......what does that say?

Review is a pile of trash as it makes no mention of the multiplayer maps or new exotics. Nice try but for the price compared to other "expansions" out there the DB is worth the money.

Edited by Darkling: 1/8/2015 7:46:33 AMSo not even IGN covers for them anymore eh

Hey happy new year Stop playing the game Waste of time, effort and monies for older gamers Destiny is a game which has lots of bells and tweeters to level 20 after that it's a lonely grind I played it but it failed to motivate me to continue to play Cod aw on the other hand has continued to engage me to play Happy grinding
-
It's a shame. I'll continue to play because it's enjoyable enough in my opinion and it's strangely addicting. Not great, the game is good. IGN's initial review is fair. I'd give it an 8 because I enjoyed it more, but that's just my opinion.
-
The same people who give cod a 9 every year.... No credibility here.
-
Hope Bungie saw this
-
Agreed

I agree with that review. I think Bungie did just enough to keep me interested until I get my character to lvl 32 and Eris to Lvl 4. The raids are always fun and I enjoy them the most. I think a 6/10 is fair. The amount of content and the shortness of the new raid (we beat it in 36 mins non-cheese) is not worth the money. Hopefully the next expansion actually expands on the game.

Edited by GreyPooponya: 1/3/2015 2:51:00 PMIt hasn't been good news. Ask Martin O'Donnell's fired ass.

I'm more than willing to concede that value is a subjective thing that will mean different things to different people I have friends who love it and others who hate it but all agree that as it was hyped its lacking and if you loved it you are still hard pressed to hay it added massive variety or innovation to the game.
-
It's not a hoverbike. It's a floatercycle.
-
I really hope Bungie at least comes out with a real apology
-
Deej isn't going to even acknowledge anything at all. Or Bungie.
seeing as there still isn't any raid matchmaking.
IGN gets it...
