Fatekiller Hood Bugged?

Hi all! I just got a dead orbit Fatekiller hood from a rare engram (lucky me) but for some reason it has the stats of a legendary with pre expansion stats... (Not so lucky me). Is this an error or have I just completely missed something?

Nope, that's how that helmet will always be. It's a standard armor piece that doesn't upgrade with DLC.
