My theory of Halo 4 enemies
I seriously believe the enemy is mainly going to be ONI aka Office on Naval Intelligence.Because they are known to set up at installations like these and known to sacrifice UNSC personnel.Think about it.It definitely shows in the books,games,and minifilms from waypoint.

Each Promethean enemy sounds like a better version of Halo enemies. I wish I could go into a rant about how superior they are but I can't since I don't know enough about the new enemies (plus, most of the facts are scattered). For now, all I can say is that I hate nearly every enemy in Reach, even Engineers.
