No, because it's an old weapon. Go find the new one. You can't just carry old weapons through the game. This just goes to show how much Bungie -blam!-ed up with this aspect of the game. Name any game were you can call up the devs and be like... Yeah my gun... My weapons... Increase the damage on that shit. I don't feel like finding a new one. Yeah let me just call up blizzard...
