]I just completed the weekly nightfall and got an exotic hand cannon drop. The box showed in the top right with a new hand cannon with the symbol in the top right for new weapons. I believe it was a 3 word name (possibly 2). When I checked my inventory it was not there, there was also nothing at the tower post office when I checked. How can I get support on this issue? Clearly the excitement was huge, then it disappeared, makes no sense.
