The Strangers Rifle needs a buff. We all know it. When you completed the Story you thought you got this awesome weapon that you used all the time. But then when you got the Shadow Price or the Suros Regime, you put it in your vault, never to be seen again. I didn't even feel up to upgrading it fully, because it is so bad. It needs to be promoted to a legendary weapon. At the LEAST, it needs to have a base damage increase so that people that have completed the campaign can use it and feel proud of it.
