Oh the pulse rifle... You are handy in no situations and you let me down in the crucible...How I dismantle you
Edit: it seems that the consensus is only raid/ exotic pulse rifles are viable for...well anything

Edited by Anubis: 12/18/2014 12:38:02 AMRed death is the most well rounded exotic primary in the game, some guns are better in some situations but no gun is better in every situation. Hits hard as -blam!-, kills heal you instantly and up reloads, good range and accuracy. Honestly cant say enough about it, in crucible it was destroying suros(before the suros nerf, its worlds above the suros now) and last word users and in pve the only reason I dont use it more often is because I generally have icebreaker or thunderlord equipped and get by with vog weapons.

Red Death 2.0 will chew faces off.
-
I got a new legendary pulse rifle... with no full auto perk ... and the impact of bad juju.
-
Seems like it. Got "Time On Target" and "For the People" (AR) last week from random drops. They both have similar stats, but it just takes forever to make anything die with the pulse rifle.

PI is my shit

Love the Timepiece! One my favorite guns in game actually
-
Not as much as I thought...Praedyths Timepiece has been putting in work the last two weeks in my second Hunters primary slot with that arc burn...can't complain now... (my fave weapon is Fatebringer..also arc...also my primary character primary weapons. ;))
-
Wrong.
-
Timepiece is great in both and it makes nightfall with arc burn a joke

Edited by XiX GhOsTx XiX: 12/18/2014 12:35:53 AMRed Death and Praedyth's Timepiece would disagree! Edit: However, I do believe that the entire Pulse rifle class would be viable if they had a 10%-40% impact buff, depending on how high of an impact and individual weapon already has.

My Red Death says otherwise :/
