No Land Beyond... the glorious promise that revealed itself a hilariously sad joke.

When I first saw this weapon, I imagined a sniper rifle that put all other snipers to shame. An old school bolt action beast that could could introduce slugs to foreheads from across the map that would out do all other romantic tragedies to shame. A gun that would would be the epitome of one shot, one kill. Unfortunately Praedyths Revenge still is not exotic, and I'm left with its retarded, crippled, red headed step brother. The one everyone says is a unique snowflake that's oh so special, because saying what you really thought about it would be impolitic, and scandalous. I've got to ask, did anyone actually play test this weapon before putting it in Dark Below? Its bad. Its so bad that using it as some sort of crippled shotgun is the only way to get anything from this gun in PvP, and using it as a crippled scout rifle is its only use in pve. Greens are better than this "Exotic". Let's start with its with its iron sights. First if all. Why put low zoom iron sights on a gun with max range and bonus headshot damage? It's nearly impossible to land anything resembling a headshot at anything better than mid-range. Not to mention the bolt is precisely angle to deny you any vision on your right when looking through said iron sights. So there's that. Now let's take about its reload. Its reload is pretty good, it starts at around 50%. With flared magwell it goes up to 100%. Not bad right? A bolt action rifle with 100% reload is pretty respectable. Boom exotic sniper rifle confirmed! Except one tiny detail. You see, the most unique thing about this gun, is the fact that its got not one, but two reloads. The first is what we're expecting, the bolt action after every bullet... And then there's the actual reload that comes after you finish the magazine after six bullets. So no matter what you do, you get to enjoy a whole whopping three seconds between each bullet to contemplate your next shot( or more likely your death) before putting another bullet down range. But don't worry, after your 18 seconds and six bullets you'll load in the next mag in about a half second so you can continue contemplating how shitty your life has become since you got this weapon. Let's not even talk about the other perks and how summarily useless they are. Bonus precision damage means nothing if its impossible to get precision damage to begin with. Fix this Bungie. Or get rid of it altogether and spare us the heartbreak of broken dreams.

I suggested they change the "clip" to one since you're reloading between shots anyway then replace Mulligan with Final Round, though more changes need to be done than that.
