It's perk is increased damage from a kill for the next target. Presumably this means it DOES NOT stack.

In pvp, a head shot is already a kill, and it should stay as 2 shot for body. This sniper is a high-risk, high-reward. Either you get a headshot with it or YOU DIE. The damage increase per kill will not make it a 1 shot-body shot OP sniper.
What I think needs a buff:
-it is about 3 seconds between shots, lower it to 2 seconds, or make each kill increase RoF slightly to make it 2 seconds.
-the iron sights could use a bit of work, like bad juju
Sniper overhaul:
-1 bullet per clip, make it 1 shot regular, non major enemies crit or no in PvE only, PvP is still 2 shot. give it a good reload speed. in pve for regular majors, 2 shots if the second is a headshot (due to increased precision damage).
-make iron sights smaller. [b][/b]
