WASP on update
After leaving Destiny for several weeks to play Master Chief Collection, I put the Destiny disk (Xbox One) back in to see if it would be fun to play.
As soon as I did, I was hit with an update screen. The update downloaded about half of the 70 something MB update and then gave me an error code of WASP. I tried it again. Wasp. Again. Wasp. One more time? Wasp.
Unplug the console for 30 seconds? Start update. WASP.
What in the world is going on? How did you manage to break the game even more than it already was?
EDIT: I unplugged my console for an hour and this is still happening. The download gets halfway done and then I'm hit with the WASP.
UPDATE: I have uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded the updates (2+GB of them) and then tried again. It said it was installing destiny when I tried to start the game, began to download more updates, and was hit by the WASP code again. What is going on with your game, Bungie?

Bungie just knows you run Sep7. They don't like that it seems.

im in wales and getting multi error codes suddenly, i turn internet off and on reset the router switch ps4 off nothing works ,it lets me into the game for 5 minutes then error code and blank screen what a shambles bungie servers are you buy a game console megger bucks and game you would think the lest it would play but no ,they must work in a zoo what with all the animal names they come up with i wonder whats next error code name heres a name dung beatle they roll around in crap like the servers

I am in the same exact boat. I paid $80 for a game and I expect it to work. It's not an isolated incident either. I've been plagued with error codes since the first patch Bungie released. If I would've know that THIS is how the game would be I never would've bought it

3 RepliesSame here, Oh and this is sweet, Nobody from bungie even takes time to respond to you, even though your game is broken. LOL wow , i'm fed up with this game. It's at the ridiculous point !!!

I've been having this issue for over a week now and have made multiple forum posts about it and no one from bungie has ever replied. None of the recommendations they give work either. Unfortunately I have already wasted money on a pretty lack luster dlc so I can't get my money back from that. If bungie doesn't fix this issue soon I'll just go back to playing Advanced Warfare, at least that game doesn't kick me with multiple error codes.
