Returning to Destiny after turning XboxONE back on
Every time I quit playing and turn the xbox off, when I return later and turn the xbox back on, Destiny just tries to load, but nothing happens. The icon in the lower right of the screen just keeps running, but the game never connects. I have to hit the xbox button and load another game, then hit the xbox button again and load Destiny again for it to work correctly. Maybe I'm not exiting the game correctly when I'm done playing. I will hold the xbox button on the controller and click Console off. Is this the correct way of leaving the xbox when I'm done playing?

1 ReplyThis has been one of my biggest complaints about the Xbox one. By DEFAULT when you shut down your xbox it really goes into a "sleep/hibernate" mode instead of actually powering down all the way (it needs to be in this state to use the "Xbox on" command using your Connect. I changed my power settings after I noticed that other games behaved in a similar fashion and I haven't had a problem with it since.
