Cant find the dude anymore need to return the "urn of sacrifice" after doing the quest chain i see people on videos who run to him next to the Pvp vendors, where i used to see him. But i cant find him, looked all over the tower for the dodgy npc.. Am i missing something guys? could use a tip here. cheers!
