I dropped the Exotic Sniper 'No Land Beyond' Last night. It had the perks Solar and/or Arc dmg, and I had even ranked up through the first upgrade for one of them. Today I looked and the SOLAR/ARC Dmg perk disappeared as though it never existed. It's still an awesome sniper but... What Happened? How and Why do perks just disappear like that?... Over night o_O
