Exotic upgrade bug
Hey guys
I tried to use xurs exotic upgrade system and upgraded my SUROS regime. After that i stored it in the bank so i could use it on my other character.
When i logged in on that character, i saw that the SUROS regime upgrade had been nullified, and it was back to its lvl 30 version.
Confused i tried to swap it back to my main character, but it was still only its lvl 30 version, however i still missed the materials i had used to upgrade it.
Have anyone else had that kind of problem with Xurs upgrade system?
And any idea what to do about it?

2 RepliesHi damskii, we are investigating this issue. Could you please answer these questions below? When did this happen? What was your order of operations? Was it something like: Upgrade item, log out immediately, change characters and log back in right away? How long did you wait after storing it in the vault before logging out?

6 RepliesWhen you say back to level 30, do you mean all perks gone but with 302 damage? If that is the case then this is not a glitch, it is the system for upgrading old exotics.
