Does a 331 icebreaker do more damage on a level 25 mob than a 300?
Also does a xur upgraded weapon level up faster than one found from RNG?

1 ReplyMORE ATTACK = MORE DAMAGE EXOTICS UPGRADES THROUGH XUR REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL EXOTIC, 7k GLIMMER, AND AN EXOTIC SHARD. SO ITS EASIER TO GET DROPPED AN EXOTIC THATS UPGRADED, BUT ITS RANDOM
