HELP: Upgraded exotics put in vault yesterday are now NOT upgraded!
Yesterday, I spent my hard earned glimmer, shards and coins to upgrade 4 exotic weapons. Two of those, the Suros Regime and The Last Word, I put in my vault overnight, intending to pick them up on my alts. Today, I logged in to find that both of them are now NOT upgraded and returned to their original progression state. I'm out for the glimmer, coins and shards.
I'd like a refund on the funds spent or have the items upgraded.
Please let me know what I should do to remedy.

Our team would like some additional information if you (and others who are having this issue) could provide it, it would greatly benefit our report: When did this happen? What was your order of operations? Was it something like: Upgrade item, log out immediately, change characters and log back in right away? How long did you wait after storing it in the vault before logging out? If people are reporting this on reddit, could they please post to this thread and provide the above answers, which exotics, and their gamertag/console

5 RepliesSomething similar happened to me! I upgraded my armamantarium and The Last Word but only my armor was upgraded! I never put it in the vault tho, they both stayed on my main. I wonder why this is happening? Is there a fix for this?
