This will be my first Christmas as an Atheist. What should I do?
-
Wear a fedora, then proceed as usual.
-
Celebrate with your family. The religious associations of Christmas have faded to the point where it is more a societal holiday than anything at this point.
-
Celebrate it normally you doof
-
Nothing, as long as your family doesn't make a big deal outta it, why should you?
-
Be normal. It's still your family, you weirdo.

Traitor
-
Search for the truth outside . And if u seek it genuinly . The truth will show up with open arms
-
Who cares, plenty of atheists celebrate Christmas. If they go to church just don't go with them.
-
You should hang out and enjoy as much time with your family as you can. Being of different faiths(or lack there of) should not stop that. If they wish to pray or talk of Jesus, surely you can respect that and bear it. As long as they are being respectful of course. The real measure of a person is how they treat others, not what a person believes. It must be hard to adjust to a new perspective of life. Good Luck to you on your journey!

It's not really Christian, Jesus wasn't born in December, Christmas is putting a new name/face on the ancient festival of Saturnalia, Saturn being the god of the harvest, celebrating the winter solstice, days getting longer. No reason not to celebrate the days getting longer, party like a pagan.
-
Live your life everyday.
-
I'm christian and Christmas is not a holiday for christians its a holiday for who ever wants to celebrate it. Besides Jesus was born more likely in the fall not winter contrary to what people try to tell you.
-
You Americans are the only people on earth who make a fuss about atheism. It's not a big deal. Shit up
-
Same here bro
-
Nothing. How many times do people actually think about Jesus during Christmas Day? Even Christians hardly do.

Same here bro
