It seems to me that with the addition of purchasing level 31 gear and needing to possibly purchase from both Vanguard and Crucible vendors, people that haven't been playing a lot of Crucible might start. This is to help people find teams they can run continuous control matches with. People they can communicate with and work with to win. Time will go by faster and marks will fly in.
