New Eula Licence agreement long after purchasing and playing the game is taking away some important rights..

Hello fellow players tonight I turned on my favorite game and have a screen telling me I have to accept a LSLA before playing anymore of the game i already purchased and have been playing for some time now? I went to the link to read and it basically stops me seeking compensation from bingie if there game trashes my hardware, or hackers break it and I am not happy.. I will be accepting the agreement (simply because I wish to play) But I am placing my own counter terms as an owner of licensed software prior to the edit I now have to accept.. Here this evening.. 12/13/2014 1) I do not accept that I cannot seek refund or replacement of hardware you damage if proven your game has.. 2) i do not accept this section "IN NO EVENT WILL BUNGIE OR ACTIVISION BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, USE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, EVEN IF BUNGIE OR ACTIVISION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BUNGIE’S AND ACTIVISION’S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID FOR THE LICENSE TO USE THIS PROGRAM." 3) I do not accept INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Bungie and Activision, their partners, affiliates, licensors, contractors, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from all damages, losses and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your breach of this Agreement and/or your acts and omissions in using the Program pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. 4) I do not accept you can modify my original agreement at any time period. However I have already purchased this software and love the game so i will accept your current "forced" agreement (I have no option to remain on current terms) So it is a forced action.. If i wish to continue using software already licensed and paid for. I leave this post as written protest and record of my non-agreement to specific sections of your terms. If you have issue you need to pay me a compensatory sum of $400 to remove the software and this post, then destroy the disk. that fee covers game i have left to finish and time spent playing up until new EULA agreement. Sorry but what you are doing is wrong "you break it you buy it".
