Gatekeeper at Crota Boss
Just above the room where you activate the crystal for crota a gatekeeper spawns. Anyone know what this has to do with anything? Possibly a third chest, bonus rewards, or making it easier to kill Crota? My team have only figured out ways to get up there via glitches around the map, nothing that a person on a 45 second time limit can do once they pick up their sword.

There was a video about a week ago some Spanish guy got up there with the sword legitly. Basically it was a lot of rock jumping and he killed about 6 gatekeepers before the sword disappeared. They just kept respawning almost immediately after he killed them.

7 RepliesI'm guessing it has to do with some sort of damage buff. We've already seen that the raid is nigh impossible without a 31. When the hard raid is unlocked, and it's impossible to be a higher level than Crota (assuming the normal-mode Crota is level 30 and the hard-mode Crota will be level 32), how are we supposed to kill Crota? There has to be some mechanic that the community has been missing to deal more damage or gain more time before enrage.
