Bungie. Activision. You both are complete morons. Run by morons. Fed to by morons. So you lock players out of content that they've already paid for for the week and you're locking them out of the daily content, too. Who is in charge? Did you guys bring in the people from Enron? I'm just completely baffled by this. I know people who did buy the DLC and even they think it's the dumbest thing conceivable. Now, here's the real kicker. I already know that, should anyone respond to this, there will be those who call me a "whiner" and I should just pony-up the dough. Why? For nothing extra? I'm gonna give them $20 more and not get anything new? Allow me to explain. I paid my money for the content that the game came with. This included Daily story missions and Weekly strikes and the Nightfall. That's included with the game. Now, that content is taken away from myself, and others, at random. We don't give Bungie and Activision MORE money so they take away content from us. Those of you who did spend the extra $20 are not having anything taken away from you...and you're not being given anything new, either. What do I mean by that? Well, simple. What they should have done is, when they want to make the DLC strikes and story missions part of their weekly and daily special events they need to make them separately accessible to those who own the DLC content. This way, those who gave more money will not only have access to the normal Daily and Weekly events but, once every so often, get secondary access. The way it breaks down is this: One group didn't pay more money so we had content taken away. One group paid more money and got nothing additional; they just got to keep what they already had. How is that fair or justifiable? People who spent their $20 more should be just as outraged as those who didn't. You weren't given anything exclusive, you just got to keep what you had before the DLC dropped. But you paid more money to keep it.
