My apologies for the lack of video. This happened on PS3 I experienced this bug yesterday on the Moon, and today on Earth. After killing the sword wielding knight you then pick up the sword. Once you have the sword have fun for a bit. Here is how to trigger the bug: Jump up in the air, then drop the sword while in the air BEFORE you hit the ground. If you do, your movement speed and your turning speed will increase. You will be moving with the first person camera while wielding a gun like you move with the third person camera while wielding a sword. The effects seem to last until you die or return to orbit. I spent 15 minutes running faster then normal around the Earth doing patrols before I had to go to work.
