When I was in 5th grade there was this kid with some issues of some sort (He wasn't retarded but something was off in his head.). He was chubby-fat, had short brown hair and was apparently poor. The teachers said he had anger issues of some sort. He would always throw these annoying tantrums for little things. The teacher wouldn't allow him to go to the bathroom so he would freak out and start pushing over chairs, slamming his hands on tables, shoving other students. This happened almost every day. He weren't allowed to to fight back when he started to shove us. Even though I didn't get shoved in particular, it was still annoying to see. He would always challenge the teachers as well. they would walk out of the room and he would get riled up and hold the door closed. The kid would be easily pushed aside but the full grown adults, though. I admit, it was pretty amusing to see him struggling to keep them outside. He would also shove them at times which would result in suspensions. Anyway, one fateful day, fatass tried to strangle me on the kickball field. It was during an event or something so the teacher was there. I wasn't sure why he got mad, but honestly I didn't care. I grabbed him by the shoulders and slammed his face into the dirt. I wasn't gonna let that little bitch choke me out because he isn't disciplined enough at home. He got up a couple seconds later, he didn't know what to do because this is the first time anyone ever did anything back. He sat there for a second, then her decided to run inside the school stomping his feet. Moments afterwards, the class could see the kid in a chokehold from one of the teachers. The guy had his legs wrapped around his neck. I didn't know teachers were authorized to do this but good on him for actually disciplining the baby. The kid got homeschooled the day afterwards. I haven't seen him again to this day.
