Hunters, you were right: Golden Gun could use a buff

This topic is not new, but the thing is that last time I wrote on it, I wasn´t too experienced in Hunter´ing. Now my Hunter is at lvl24/5 (depending on the gear) and although I find Gunslinger to be a versatile and rewarding skilltree... Hunter Mainers, I apologize. I claimed that GG was fine as it is, and I was wrong. It´s perfect in PVP, but it feels weak in PVE. I can proudly say that I have played all subclasses in the game, although I haven´t tested Bladedancer and Sunsinger as much as I´d like to (simply not enough time on my everyday schedule). And compared to the offensive/destructive potential of Fist of Havoc, Nova Bomb and even the ´Lock grenades on Radiance mode, Golden Gun feels weak. Gotta say, I still like it because it is a skill that rewards accuracy like no other. But that being said, I feel that FoH hits harder, even if we compare the damage to a single target. With Nova Bomb on my Lock or FoH on my Titan, I can usually take out Majors of any race without too much trouble (and maybe it´s me, but I feel as if the perk Shockwave allows me to double the damage on some targets). But with Golden Gun, I need to fire all three shots on those yellow enemies to kill them. Leaving me with nothing for the small fry that usually run with these enemies. True, there are perks such as Combustion (which I love with a passion) and Keyhole (which rewards positioning like no other). But those are good skills to take out the small fry. When you face those bigger, meaner enemies (not talking about bosses), those two perks don´t help much to take them out. And that´s perhaps my biggest inconvenience. While with both Nova Bomb and FoH you need to have a good number of enemies clustered together to maximize its potential, they seem to cause an overall bigger damage per target than GG. And even if we take the range that GG provides as an explanation for the reduced damage, the difference is too high for that range to truly matter. Because, again, with FoH and NB I can take out the major AND ALL SMALL FRIES that are standing near him. I´m not asking for Golden Gun to be able to take out a Fallen Captain of my same level in 1 shot. But perhaps in 2, instead of the 3 it usually takes me against majors with a difficulty level comparable to my own. To to close this up, I´d be happy (not only for myself, a Titan mainer with a Hunter alt, but also for the Hunter playerbase) if Golden Gun got a buff. It would not matter at all in PVP since it´s a 1-shot anyway, but it could give Hunters a bit more of a punch in PVE. Not that I´m saying they are lacking, but they could get some developer love...
