Be able to Upgrade Strangers' Rifle to Legendary/Exotic status with a unique buff
Okay does anyone else think the strangers rifle we get at the end of the game should be upgradable into a legendary or exotic?
I'm sure many of you were disappointed that the ending gun was only a "rare" and Not something truly worthwhile for being the story campaign's end game weapon(Raid mode excluded)

It should be a legendary IMO its incredibly unique and has a fabulous skill set on it already. Add some more damage nodes to it and maybe another totally unique skill and BAM its a legendary. Hell i still have mine from my first character and on all new characters i pull it out of the vault blow the dust off and kill the Vex in the Black Garden lol. Ooh perfect idea: Fuse a Mote of Light to it to upgrade it to Legendary status! You get 1 and the gun for finishing the story and the last upgrade would require the Mote of Light and turn it from blue to purple status.

No because everybody gets it, if they made it better it would lead to nerf complaints and then it would get nerfed right back to where it was.
