I cant play after i pre-ordered the dark below

After i pre-ordered the dark below i went to open the game so that i could get the sparrow and it came up with the screen saying that i would have to wait 1d 14h to play. The screen is the same as it was when i pre-downloaded the game before it came out.

    • hey guys, i have the game on CD on ps4 , and i pre ordered the DLC 2 weeks ago, all my friends that bought the DLC got the tumbler sparrow when they went to the tower except for me , i had the time too , but now it is finished , but for some reason i cant access the new DLC , it is like i never bought it, and it is showing in my library as : installed , i talked to sony support yesterday and he told me to restore licence and then redownload the DLC from the store , which i did and nothing happend , still cant access the F... DLC , anyone can help ? by the way i dont know if this maters , but the account that i bought the DLC with is not my PSN plus account

        • For all you that don't want to wait just delete the game and re download it..Worked like a charm for me..Yes it's a pain. Yes we shouldn't have to do that. But if you want to play that is the current solution.

            • So,Bungie,your not even going to acknowledge the DLC timer issue?I got this problem over16 hours ago,and it'll be that much longer until i can play if nothing is done.32 hour downtime because i supported this train wreck,and all the while,others,who didnt purchase your dlc are playing.It wouldnt even bother me that bad if you guys actually acknowledged the problem,and showed a little remorse,but instead you stay silent and try to pretend like you dont see the problem.Well silence wont make this go away 4 me and my league.I guess you hoped that you could say nothing and when the dlc dropped,we'd be so overjoyed that we'd just let it go,but myself,my league of 31 members,and our brother league of about the same size,are planning to step away from this game,unless we get some sort of support by the end of the work day today.We really do enjoy the game,but if we dont matter enough to even release a statement,then the feeling is mutual,and this is our last straw.Ive never seen a more close minded company use a "we listen to the people" marketing strategy,and its clear by this incident,that it is just that......Marketing.I honestly dont mean to sound bitter,but,wouldnt you be?Of all the problems we've went through,you'll notice this is my only complaint to date,because you at least seemed to be trying,but i havent seen any effort go into this incident at all,when clearly,about half your community is suffering from it.I truly hope theres is something in the works for this afternoon,until then,good luck everyone.

              • Same here. Apparently it isn't an issue with Xbox one. Bungie, you guys are being pieces of shi*. First, you release the digital copy I pre-ordered 3 hours later than anyone who bought the retail copy instead of making the lock set to a timeline that was user specific. Not everyone lives in the same time zone. Idiots. Then you do this. Not only do I once again have to wait until the wee hours of the morning to play the dlc, but I can't even play the game I've paid for. Pathetic. You're struggling to show how your a fan based "listen to the people" kind of team. Your cheap asses just don't want to pay to fix the current issue. It'll be over soon, right? That seems to be your mindset. Fix your broken crap.

                Wish I had read this thread before I went preordering the dlc. Just preordered and got the stupid timer where I can't play at all. Cant say I'm all that surprised. Unintentional nerfs that don't get fixed for weeks...buggy raid...bosses able to be pushed for weeks on end only to be patched after everyone has done the raid already....no matchmaking options..freaking jackolytes didn't even work...now this

                  • See what they should do at this point is just admit they've messed it up by going ahead and opening it up to everyone who's already ordered it. At this point it's just a few hours difference what's it matter.

                          And so it goes, 2 days of not being able to use a product that was and has been paid for. With no compensation, no apologies and not even an acknowledgement. Total disrespect for people who are keeping you employed with fat pay checks, because without us, your out of a job... But that wont happen will it, too many suck ups that don't care to get crapped on.
